Frank Murphy
Group Chief Executive

Frank Murphy stepped up to the role of Group Chief Executive following the retirement on 30 April 2009 of Vic Thompson, THB's founder.  He joined THB in 1999 from Arthur J Gallagher (UK) Limited, where he was a director, becoming CEO of THB Limited in 2003 and then being appointed to the Group Board in July 2004.  As well as his role as Group Chief Executive, he is also chairman of THB International Holdings Ltd (the company comprising the overseas businesses of PWS acquired by THB in January 2008) and chairman of THB UK Ltd.  Frank is responsible for group strategy and corporate development, and is also currently a Deputy Chairman of the London Market Insurance Brokers' Committee.
